Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 1, 2026

1. Definitions

'The Agency' means Biko Digital Marketing, based in Cairo, Egypt. 'The Client' means any person or entity using this website or contracting any of the Agency's services. 'Services' means all marketing, creative, and technical services offered on this website.

2. Scope of Services

Services are delivered according to the scope of work agreed in writing (the quotation or selected package). Any additional work outside the agreed scope is subject to separate agreement and pricing.

Monthly packages displayed on the website include only the items listed in each package description. They do not include paid advertising budgets payable to platforms (such as Meta and Google), which are paid directly from the Client's own accounts.

3. Payment & Subscriptions

Monthly package fees are paid in advance at the start of each billing cycle through the payment methods available on the website.

Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway (Paymob). The Agency does not store any card data on its servers.

If payment is overdue by more than 7 days, the Agency may temporarily suspend services until payment is completed.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

The Client may cancel a monthly subscription with written notice at least 14 days before the end of the current billing cycle.

Amounts paid for a billing cycle in which work has begun are non-refundable, given the nature of services delivered throughout the month.

If no work has begun within 14 days of payment for reasons attributable to the Agency, the Client is entitled to a full refund.

5. Client Obligations

The Client shall provide, in a timely manner, whatever is needed to deliver the services: account access, materials and information, and approvals of submitted work.

Delays by the Client in providing requirements or approvals do not waive the subscription fee for that period.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables that have been paid for in full transfers to the Client, excluding the Agency's own tools, templates, and methodologies.

The Agency may display delivered work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Agency exercises full professional care to achieve the best results. However, marketing outcomes are affected by factors beyond its control (competition, platform changes, product quality, and customer service). The Agency therefore does not guarantee specific numeric results unless stated in writing.

In all cases, the Agency's liability shall not exceed the total amounts paid by the Client during the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them after amicable resolution fails.
